I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room that was huge, felt like a suite! The big bath was such a nice feature. The bed was comfy. The room had good heating for chilly nights. Everything was impeccably clean, and they even had a fridge, which is always a win. Just gotta mention, the bathroom had a raised design, which was a bit weird, but overall really cozy.

I stayed in a spacious Deluxe Double Room that felt like a suite with its elevated bed and a huge bath – pure luxury! The staff, especially Alexandra, went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, answering all our questions and accommodating our late arrival. The breakfast was a delightful spread, featuring quality eggs, cold cuts, and fresh coffee that made waking up early a treat.

The unpluggable refrigerator upon check-in felt careless!!! The bathroom's raised step made the layout a slightly awkward experience!!! A lack of nearby reserved parking adds stress for those with vehicles!!!

The central location made it easy for us to explore the old part of Baia Mare with our young child. The lockbox system for our late arrival was seamless, allowing us to settle in quickly. Breakfast was a hit, especially the fresh coffee and variety of options.

The location is ideally situated right in the old town, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The hotel features impressive room sizes, allowing for plenty of comfort during our stay. We appreciated the effective AC system which kept the room at a perfect temperature.

There was only a single staff member present at times, which made service slightly slower during peak hours.
